Nowadays many propose themselves as Coaching experts. However, not everyone of them does proper ‘Coaching’. Plenty are not ICF (International Coach Federation) certified. Only a few have a sturdy, long coaching experience. Even fewer can show a variety of sectors and industries among the clientele.

Almost no one, at least in Italy, can do coaching both in Italian and English and have clients and direct experiences on three continents, dozens of different nations and cultures. Almost none of these have had names such as Johnson and Johnson, Warner Bros, Deloitte, Aecom, Facebook, LinkedIn, Aon, Mars, Workday, Saipem among their customers.
